Recycling Creates Energy
Great post over at Brave New Leaf. They’ve taken some truly amazing information about recycling from the EPA website.
And not just general facts, but true facts that everyone can relate to: for every piece of recyclable material, how much energy can you generate by saving?
One of the startling facts:
Put one aluminum can in the recycling bin, and save enough energy to power your television for three hours.
This type of information carries a lot of weight inside and outside of the Green community. Spread the word!
